Weekly Maintenance: Lubricate key moving parts
Apply special food-grade lubricant to stripping machine claws, locking machine transmission gears, and trimming machine bearings. Ensure uniform lubrication to reduce friction and wear, and strictly avoid lubricant contamination of equipment contact surfaces that may affect capsule quality. After lubrication, wipe off excess lubricant to prevent accumulation of dust and debris.
Inspect wear condition of vulnerable parts
Check the sharpness and surface wear of trimming machine blades, as well as the elasticity and integrity of stripping machine claw pads. For parts with slight wear (e.g., minor blade dulling, no deformation of claw pads), perform grinding and repair to restore performance; immediately replace parts with excessive wear (e.g., blade chipping, claw pad cracking) to avoid affecting processing precision.
Clean dryer filters and hot air circulation pipes
Remove dust, fiber residues, and gel deposits from the filter screen and pipe inner walls. Blocked filters and pipes will cause uneven hot air distribution and reduced drying efficiency. After cleaning, test the air flow rate to ensure hot air can circulate smoothly, maintaining stable drying conditions.
Monthly Maintenance: Calibrate precision equipment
Use standard parts to calibrate the vision system of quality inspection equipment (adjust exposure, contrast, and defect recognition threshold), the mold positioning of the dipping machine (ensure pin parallelism and positioning accuracy), and the pressure sensor of the locking machine (verify pressure range and stability). If the deviation exceeds the allowable tolerance, adjust immediately and record the calibration data for traceability.
Inspect equipment sealing performance
Check the tightness of gel mixing tank seals, pipeline joints, and valve connections. Replace aging, cracked, or deformed seals and gaskets in a timely manner to prevent gel leakage, external contamination, and vacuum loss in the mixing system. Conduct a pressure test after replacement to ensure no leakage under working conditions.
Test data acquisition system
Verify the normal operation of the quality inspection equipment's data recording and transmission functions, including the accuracy of qualified/defective product counting and defect type recording. Back up historical inspection data to prevent data loss due to system failures, and troubleshoot software running abnormalities (e.g., data distortion, slow response) to ensure the integrity and reliability of quality traceability data.
Annual Maintenance: Comprehensively disassemble key equipment
Fully disassemble dipping machine molds, locking machine molds, and dryer hot blast stoves. Perform deep cleaning, grinding, and calibration on mold surfaces, inner furnace walls, and transmission components. Replace aging bearings, motor belts, and other vulnerable parts that have been used for a long time to restore equipment original precision and operation stability.
Upgrade system software
Update the recognition algorithm of the quality inspection equipment to improve the accuracy of identifying irregular defects (e.g., random cracks, uneven coloration). Repair software vulnerabilities in the data management system, optimize data transmission efficiency, and ensure the software is compatible with the latest production process requirements, enhancing overall inspection and data management capabilities.
Verify overall equipment precision
Conduct a comprehensive precision verification on the entire production line, including mold positioning accuracy, cutting length deviation, locking pressure stability, and defect recognition rate. Issue a formal calibration report, record all verification data and adjustment measures, and ensure the equipment meets GMP compliance requirements and continuous production quality standards.
